PROJECT DESCRIPTION

For my EDGE project I put together a mini recital and performed it at a Las Vegas nursing home. The recital consisted of all piano music, some arrangements, and some popular songs from the 1900’s, as well as many original compositions.

 

PROJECT Reflection

There is a lot I was able to gain from doing this as my project. I chose this project because I have always been very passionate about music and I wanted to do something with my talents to bless the lives of others. I had the opportunity to more fully develop my talents through completing this project. By organizing the recital, I was able to see how much I am truly capable of doing in the world of music and by performing it for a nursing home, I was not only be able to gain experience performing in front of an audience but I was blessed with the feelings of satisfaction that come only through serving your community.
